Information for New Food Services
University of Toronto is a public institution. Therefore, it ensures that opportunities to operate food service outlets on the St. George campus are granted through a competitive bid process.
In the event that such an opportunity arises, the University will post the requirements on Merx. The requirements for each opportunity will vary based on the specific building which houses the food service outlet and the needs of the campus as a whole.
University of Toronto Food Services’ goals are to provide a wide range of affordable, sustainable and nutritious food options to our community through excellent service, commitment to our environment and celebration of food to reflect our diverse community. Bids are welcome from professional food service operators who can advance these goals and contribute positively on the St. George campus.
