Food Services Operating Principles, Rules & Regulations

The Food Services Operating Principles apply to all Food Services operators on the St. George campus, including the following:

  • Businesses providing food services
  • Student groups providing food services
  • Groups hosting barbeques or bake sales
  • Temporary food service providers
  • Groups hosting events where food is provided
